Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East – Tsavo West
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Mombasa hotel or airport by a professional safari guide. Drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi Highway to Tsavo East National Park, Kenya’s oldest park known for its maneless lions, massive herds of elephants, and open savannahs.
Enjoy a game drive en route to the park’s popular attractions such as Aruba Dam and Mudanda Rock. After lunch at a lodge, proceed to Tsavo West National Park via the Tsavo River Gate.
Upon entering Tsavo West, enjoy a game drive toward your lodge while admiring the dramatic landscape that includes lava flows, wooded hills, and volcanic cones.
Optional visit to Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, where you may spot the endangered black rhino.

Day 2: Tsavo West – Mzima Springs – Return to Mombasa

Continue the game drive with spectacular views of the Chyulu Hills and Shetani Lava Flow, a stark reminder of past volcanic activity.
