4 Days Mount Kenya and Samburu Safari -The highlight of Samburu tour is the scenic beauty of the vast semi-arid plains that teem with wildlife. The tour will enable you to explore Samburu.
Package Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Mount Kenya
Drive through kikuyu farm land to reach Mount Kenya in time for lunch. In the afternoon drive through the forest to your tree hotel where the night is spent above the floodlit waterhole and saltlick. Dinner and overnight stay at mountain lodge.
Day 2: Mount Kenya – Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast we drive to dry semi-arid desert area of Samburu Game Reserve. Arriving on time for lunch. In the afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge or equivalent.
Day 3: Full day in Samburu National Reserve
The whole day will spent exploring the reserve. All meals and overnight stay at equivalent or Samburu Sopa lodge.
Day 4: Samburu National Reserve to Nairobi.
After breakfast return to Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon.
