Amazing 1 Day Tsavo East Safari We selected Steve and Richard Safaris having looked at a few before booking and I can honestly say it was the best decision. Steve was very responsive over WhatsApp and took the time to understand what we wanted. We settled on a LandCruiser vehicle which was perfect. We met up with Steve the day we arrived in Kenya to go over the details and he had everything spot on. On the day he was already waiting at our hotel reception when we came down at 4.30am for the 2hr 30min drive to Tsavo East. We were very lucky that we had Steve and a driver on this trip, and plenty of bottled water was provided for the day. We arrived at Tsavo just before 7am and embarked on what must rank as one of the best days ever. Steve was very knowledgeable about the park and the animals we saw which included Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Buffalo, Impalas, Ostriches and even a Monitor Lizard. It was an amazing day made all the more special when, at the campsite we stopped at for a picnic lunch (which had Baboons everywhere), an Elephant and it's baby walked right through the middle. Unbelievable! We got back to the hotel around 6.30pm and I can't praise the effort, patience and assistance that Steve provided throughout the whole day and also in the lead up to it. Tolle Safaritour Es war eine einmalige Erfahrung. Unser Fahrer Salomon hat uns viel erklärt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen. Außerdem hat er immer angehalten wenn wir Fotos gemacht haben oder wir die Tiere bestaunt haben. Wir haben sehr viele Tiere gesehen unter anderem die Big 5. Außergewöhnliches Safari-Abenteuer Ich habe schon einige Monate vor meiner Kenia Reise Kontakt mit Steve per WhatsApp aufgenommen. Er war stets bereit, mir jede Frage zu beantworten und ich hatte direkt ein gutes Gefühl. Ich buchte 2 Tage Tsavo East und Tsavo West Safari mit einer Übernachtung in der Ngulia Lodge. Diese kann ich sehr empfehlen, da man dort am Wasserloch auch noch abends Tiere sehen kann! Die Kommunikation mit Steve war auch vor Ort sehr einfach. Ich hab mich bei ihm gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß ist, dass Steve und auch Parison (der Fahrer) sehr bemüht waren, uns ein einzigartiges Erlebnis zu ermöglichen. Er fuhr nicht die Strecken, die alle anderen Anbieter fuhren, sondern welche mit Abenteuer-Charakter. Ich habe viele tolle Tiere gesehen und hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, all meine Fragen und Wünsche äußern zu können. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Fahrtzeit falsch kommuniziert wurde. Die Rückfahrt hat nämlich statt der kommunizierten 4 Stunden, 7 1/2 Stunden gedauert. Ich schiebe das mal auf die afrikanische Wahrnehmung von Zeit. Ich bin wirklich dankbar für die wunderbaren Erlebnisse, die ich mit Steve & Richard Safaris erleben durfte und ich würde es erneut bei Steve buchen!

Amazing safari experience We had an incredible four-day safari experience with our driver Solomon. We encountered a variety of wildlife including giraffes, zebras, lions, hippos, gazelles, rhinos, and many others in Tsavo East, Tsavo West, and Taita Hills. Booking our trip through WhatsApp was so easy, and we received all the necessary information. Our accommodations were outstanding, offering stunning views of the national parks. I highly recommend this company for a safari if you're looking for a safe and comfortable experience. Our group of six had our own spacious Land Rover, which was very comfortable. A wonderful Safari It was our first safari in Kenya and we relied on Steve, what can I say? Amazing safari experience - highly recommend Steve! I cannot recommend booking with Steve highly enough! As a solo traveller trying to arrange a safari on short notice, I reached out to several operators and Steve was the very first to reply. From that first message, his communication was incredibly warm, attentive and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I could join a trip on the dates I indicated, and his dedication to customer service is truly wonderful – he even called me once just to apologise for a slight delay in answering a message from the day before. To build trust, he makes the effort to come and meet you in person before the trip, which shows just how much he cares about his guests and their experiences. The safari itself was absolutely amazing. Our guide, Achi, was wonderful – very kind, jovial and competent. He made us feel completely safe with his excellent driving whilst simultaneously having an incredible eye for spotting wildlife; we saw so many amazing animals. Lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalos, endless gazelles, wildabeest, hippos, baboons, ostriches, cranes, my new favourites dik-diks and so many more! The lodges we stayed at were great throughout the trip. This was an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish. Trip of a lifetime Steve is a pleasure to deal with, so professional and helpful, nothing was too much to ask of him. We enjoyed a 3 day safari at Taita hills and Tsavo east with Solomon. Solomon was a true professional, a skilled and safe driver, a knowledgable guide and always so patient. We cannot recommend Richard and Steve safaris more. It was an experience of a lifetime.
